<br />assuming the West Fine of said Southwest Quarter as bearing NORTH and
<br />all bearings contained herein are relative thereto; thence NORTH on the
<br />aforesaid West line a distance of 736,84 feet; thence S 88'26' E a
<br />distance of 274.5 feet; thence S 40'25'. E a distance of 27.E feet; thence
<br />S 00'57'02" E a distance of 703.97 feet to a point on the South line of
<br />the Southwest Quarter of said section; thence S 89'09'40" W on the
<br />aforesaid South line a distance of 304.0 feet to, the place of beginning.

<br />Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other
