<br />ALICE E. DUBBS, a single person, Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
<br />other good and valuable consideration, quitclaims and conveys to ALICE E. DUBBS and
<br />JEANETTE BOMBECK, CO- TRUSTEES OF THE ALICE E. DLBBS REVOCABLE LIVING
