The date that the labor was last furnished to said property at the request of <br />Judy Bick, agent of the owner, was on or about March 1, 2005, and the price for these <br />services was Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). I have received no payment from the <br />owner or Ms. Bick. <br />4.
