WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 2, 1997, and
<br />filed as Document No. 97- 100032 in the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a
<br />certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot Eleven (11) , Block Seventeen (17), College Addition to
<br />West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above- described Deed of Trust, together with a a purtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertains
