<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Brian P.
<br />Schardt and Libby D. Schardt, husband and wife to Nebraska National Bank, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska National Bank, the beneficiary named therein, dated November 17, 2004 and filed in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of: Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument # 2004 -11274 on November 19,
<br />2004 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that his Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, and
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
