AND WHEREAS, Grantee is seized in fee simple of a lot adjoining the first mentioned land, described as: Lot Five (5), of Imperial Village 8th Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. AND WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed to give Grantee an easement across the land described on Exhibit A. Now, therefore for valuable consideration of Two Hundred Fifty .Dollars ($250.00), Grantors hereby grant to Grantee: The right for him, his heirs, agents, invitees and assigns, at all times hereafter, for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the said lot of the Grantee for whatever purpose the said lot may be from time to time lawfully used and enjoyed, to pass and repass across the property owned by the Grantors described on Exhibit A for the purpose of traveling to the lot owned by the Grantee.
