DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Lawrence J Levering and Sarah L Levering, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 26th day of
<br />October, 2004 and recorded on the 4th day of November, 2004, at the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska at Inst. No. 0200410947, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and an accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said 'Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Lot Thirty -Four (34), Westwood Park Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
