<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated October 28, 1997 and executed by Robert P. Herman and Jennifer L. Herman, husband
<br />and wife and John C. Herman and Renee Herman, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded as Instrument 97- 109071 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska dated
<br />October 29, 1997, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Westgate Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 9th day of June, 2005.
