<br />as Beneficiary, Andrew L. Lesiak, an unmarried man

<br />and TierOne Bank as Trustee, which Trust Deed was

<br />all its rights, title and interest to the property therein describes as follows, to wit:
<br />The Easterly Forty -Six (46) Feet of Lot Ten (10) and the Westerly Fourteen (14) Feet of Lot Nine (9), in Block Three
<br />(3), in Morris Second Addition to the City of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraa
<br />Together with the Promissory Note therein described, and the Money due or to become due thereunder, including interest
<br />therein contained.

<br />has caused this Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Vice - President
