<br />DECEMBER 17, 2003 and recorded JANUARY 6 2004 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200400119 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
