<br />acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer and set over unto Assignee all its rights, title and interest in and to that
<br />certain Deed of Trust executed by George M. Lawson, Jr. and Deborah A. Lawson, husband and wife, trustor,
<br />Central National Bank, trustee, dated June 8, 2005, covering the following described property in the County of
<br />Hall, State of Nebraska,
<br />Lot Three (3), Country Meadows Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska

<br />THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE expressly subject to and in accordance with the warranties and representations of
<br />Assignor with Assignee pursuant to a certain Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement between Assignor and
<br />Assignee, a copy of which is on file in the Office of Assignee.
