Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as <br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, <br />c/o Best Assets, Inc., 501 Marquette Avenue, Suite 1200, <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55404, without any covenant or warranty, <br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Twenty -Five (25), in West Heights Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and being <br />the same as Lot Twenty --Five (25) of said West Heights <br />Addition and the Easterly Thirty (30) feet of the <br />Southerly One Hundred Thirty (130) feet of vacated <br />Hancock Avenue north of North Front Street in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated January 12, 2000, and recorded on January 14, <br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200000405 wherein Joey Keezer, an <br />unmarried woman is named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, <br />Inc., A California Corporation is named Beneficiary; and First <br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor <br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein <br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other <br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the <br />principal amount of $53,472.00 and interest thereon according to <br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of <br />on <br />STEFFI A.
