<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, First, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Richard Hartman and
<br />Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wire, as Trustor, in which First State Bank is named Trustee, and First State Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and recorded August 12, 2004, in Instrument No. 0200407960, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, has received from the Beneficiary, a request to reconvey reciting satisfaction of such sums and that such trust
<br />deed has been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, to -wit: the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The West half of the Northeast Quarter (W1 /2 NE %) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Appraisal Report in
