NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated May 19, 2004, and recorded <br />on June 11, 2004, as Instrument No. 200405788, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, executed by Dana G. & Marsha L. Hansen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which <br />Clifford P. Flanagan, as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for which the <br />Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the Trustor's <br />failure to make payment of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed. <br />You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed <br />is accelerated and further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell <br />or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed.
