<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 25, 2002, and recorded on April 29,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200204639 wherein Epifania Acosta and
<br />Benjamin Acosta, wife and husband are named Trustors; and Mountain
<br />West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $106,169.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Washington Mutual Bank, FA by an
<br />Assignment dated October 8, 2002 and recorded on October 10, 2002
<br />as Instrument No. 0200210896 Page in the Office of the Register of
