This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated September 9, 2002, and recorded on September <br />10, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200209551 wherein Nolberto S. Valdez, <br />a single man is named Trustor; and.
