This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor

<br />10, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200209551 wherein Nolberto S. Valdez,
<br />a single man is named Trustor; and. Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
