Greenwood, wife and husband, <br />GRANTORS, <br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION <br />($1.00 & OVC), received from GRANTEE, <br />Marcella M. Greenwood, Trustee of the Marcella M.
