<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by _PAUL M RAUERT AND CARROLL J RAUERT_, Husband & Wife,
<br />Trustor, to Citizens Bank and Trust Company, St. Paul, NE, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Citizens Bank & Trust Co., Beneficiary, dated
<br />_March 5,1999_ and recorded on _March 10, 1999_as Instrument no.
<br />99- 102562 at the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76 -201):
<br />Refer to Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof:
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
