<br />On May D , 2005, this cause came on to be heard and it appearing that Defendant
<br />Jose A. Meza, a /k /a Jose A. Mesa, and all persons having or claiming any interest in and to
<br />Lot Twenty (20), Block One (1), Koehler Place, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />real names unknown, were duly served with process herein but that each of them failed to
<br />appear, plead, or answer, and they have been severally found and adjudged to be in default.
<br />Thereafter, on the same day, this cause was submitted to the Court upon the Plaintiff's
<br />Complaint, the evidence, and the Court's file. On consideration whereof, the Court finds
<br />generally in favor of the Plaintiff, and that the allegations of her Complaint are true, and that
<br />Plaintiff is the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), Block One (1), Koehler Place, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the Plaintiff and her predecessors in title have been in
<br />open, notorious, exclusive, continuous, and adverse possession of said real estate for more
<br />than ten (10) years immediately prior to the commencement of this action and, during all of
<br />said time, asserted title to said premises against all persons whomsoever.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the title of the Plaintiff to said real estate be
<br />and the same is hereby quieted and confirmed in the Plaintiff as against Defendant Jose A.
