<br />Teresa Spotanski and Mark A. Spotanski, wife and husband, GRANTOR, in

<br />follows: Beginning at a point Three Hundred Eleven (311) feet East of the Southwest
<br />corner of Lot Thirteen (13) of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (W1 /2 SW1 /4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.; thence turning at right angle and running North to the
<br />North line of Lot Thirteen (13), of said County Subdivision; thence turning at right
<br />angle and running East for a distance of Fifty -two (52) feet; thence turning at right angle
<br />and running South to the South line of Lot Thirteen (13), of said County Subdivision;
<br />thence turning at right angle and running West Fifty -two (52) feet on the South line of
<br />said Lot Thirteen (13) to the place of beginning. Said point of beginning being also

<br />Lakeview, an Addition in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE
<br />that GRANTOR:
<br />1. is lawfully seized of such real estate and that is free from encumbrances, EXCEPT
<br />subject to easements, reservations, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
