Upon written request of Borrower stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid and <br />upon surrender of this Deed of Trust and any note to Trustee for cancellation and retention and upon payment by Lender <br />of Trustee's fees, Trustee shall rcconvey to Borrower, or the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, <br />any portion of the Property then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be <br />conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as "the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto." To the extent permitted by applicable law, such person or persons are responsible for all costs <br />associated with cancelling this Deed of Trust including, but not limited to, any fee paid to a third party for the preparation <br />and recoration of any legal documents as well as any fee paid to a public official. <br />21. Substitute Trustee. Lender, at Lender's option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a <br />successor trustee to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of <br />Trust is recorded. Without conveyance of the Property, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the title, power and <br />duties conferred upon the Trustee herein and by applicable law. <br />22. Request for Notices.
