<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed, GARY DEAN STARKEY to
<br />BANK OF DONIPHAN,TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK OF_DONIPHAN, the BENEFICIARY named therein
<br />dated 12 -30 -2004 and recorded 12 -30 -2004 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY,

<br />said Beneficiary has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
