200504844 <br />in no way be bound to maintain the private drive within the easement area and shall in no way <br />assume any liability or responsibility to owners of the Dominant Tenement, their heirs, <br />successors and assigns, or any other person using said private drive within the easement area by <br />invitation, express or implied, or by reason of any business conducted with the owners of the <br />Dominant Tenement, their heirs, successors and assigns. <br />4. Indemnification. Owners of the Dominant Tenement, their heirs, successors and <br />assigns, shall indemnify and hold Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns, harmless from <br />any liability in respect to the injury of any person while using such easement with the permission <br />or at the direction of the owners of the Dominant Tenement, their heirs, successors and assigns. <br />5. Binding Effect.
