<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />filed for record April 30, 2001 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2001 - 03795.
<br />On or about April 27, 2001, Major Mortgage, a Wyoming Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all
<br />of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation. The Assignment was recorded July 12, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2001 - 06842.
