<br />N /A, at Page N /A, of the Official Records, in the Office of the Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska, to the Trustee Wells Fargo
<br />Financial National Bank for the benefit of Edward Jones Mortgage LLC as assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as original
<br />Beneficiary.
<br />Legal Description: Lot 3, Block 1, in Capital Heights Second Subdivision, being a part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 2,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is successor in interest to the original Beneficiary and is the present Beneficiary under the Deed of
<br />Trust, and desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and stead of Wells Fargo Financial National
<br />Bank.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary present owner and holder of the Deed of Trust, does hereby substitute Wells
<br />Fargo Financial National Bank as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, to have all the powers of said original trustee, effective
<br />immediately.
