<br />MAN, as Trustor, and AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, Beneficiary, wherein FIRST AMERICAN
<br />TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded 10/10/2002 in the Records
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200210891 in Book at Page .
<br />FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY has been appointed Successor Trustee,
<br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, will be referred to
<br />as GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of $50,940.10 and other valuable consideration received from
<br />DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE
<br />SECURITIES, INC., SERIES 2002 -C, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, UNDER THE POOLING &
<br />SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2002, WITHOUT RECORUSE hereinafter
<br />GRANTEES, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />THE NORTH 44 FEET OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 21, SCHIMMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />F appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:

<br />(1) That ED A. KOLAR, A SINGLE MAN, as Trustor, failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were
