Hersh <br />and Beth A. Hersh to Old Republic National Title Company, Trustee, for the benefit of <br />Norwest Mortgage, Inc., the beneficiary named therein, dated 01/21/94 and recorded 12/01/94 <br />in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 94- 100606, <br />assigned to G.E.
