ASTRONES and BRENDA K. ASTRONES, husband and wife, GRANTOR, <br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION <br />received from GRANTEE, BRANDON D. HERSH and MARCI D.
