T..N91TRANCE COMPAxTY <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated May 20, 2 0 0 5 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender EIGHTY- FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIVE AND <br />00/100 Dollars <br />(U.S. $ 85, 4 0 5 . 00 ) plus interest.
