<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JACK A. LUTH and
<br />JANICE A. LUTH, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, as
<br />Successor Trustee, for the benefit of DAVID A. WALKOWIAK and MARY K. WALKOWIAK, as
<br />Beneficiaries, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 90- 107298, has been paid, and the Beneficiaries have requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiaries, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title,
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Thirteen (13), in Block Eighteen (18), in University
<br />Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a
<br />certain tract shown in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 147, page 629
