Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to FEDERAL HOME LOAN <br />MORTGAGE CORPORATION, his successors and assigns, 1410 Springhill <br />Road, McLean VA 22102, without any covenant or warranty, expressed <br />or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Twenty -Five (25), Block Two (2), Sothman's <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated May 3, 2002, and recorded on May 10, 2002, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 200205079 wherein Craig A. Cummings and Petty A. <br />Cummings, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Five Points Bank <br />is named Beneficiary; and Central National Bank is named Trustee, <br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust <br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among <br />other obligations; payment of a promissory note of even date in the <br />principal amount of $44,000.00 and interest thereon according to <br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned by Five Points Bank to Central National Bank by <br />an Assignment dated May 3, 2002 and recorded on May 10, 2002 as <br />Instrument No. 200205080 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated <br />January 31, 2005, made by Central National Bank, Grantor was <br />substituted as Trustee in place of Central National Bank. The <br />-1- <br />STEFFI A.
