Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Reconveyance <br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust executed in favor of CITIFINANCIAL, INC. (MD), as Beneficiary, by JOHN <br />_ T. CORDER AND STARLA C. CORDER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND TIA S. FRANZEN AND ERIC L. <br />FRANZEN, WIFE AND HUSBAND, as Grantor, with MICHAEL F.
