PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Gene R. �.
<br />Hoffman, a single person, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of June 1, 2004, and recorded on June 2, 2004, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200405472 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does
<br />hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any
<br />warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary
<br />under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lots 1, 2, 32 & 33, Hoffman 2nd Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
