<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TYLER W SAPP AND JEANETTE K SAPP. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 4/23/02 6/17/04
<br />9/2/04 and recorded 5/2/02 6/23/04 09/13/04 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200204750 200406233 200409042 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) MORNINGSIDE ACRES SUBDIVISON, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
