<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHF,REAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among RONALD D
<br />DEVALL AND TONYA L DEVALL, husband and wife; 'frustor, and Central National. Bank
<br />as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 4, 2003, and recorded on August 8, 2003, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2003 -10382 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, TI- IEREFFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described. Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), KALLOS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
