<br />THIS DEED is made by Curtis G. Kuster, as personal representative of the Estate of
<br />Glenn O. Kuster, deceased, Grantor, to Curtis G. Kuster, Grantee.
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of Glenn O. Kuster, deceased, was duly

<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed personal representative of said estate by the
<br />County Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, and is now qualified and acting in said capacity;

<br />below, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantee.
<br />THEREFORE, Grantor hereby conveys, assigns, transfers and releases to Grantee the
<br />following described real property:

<br />West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, but subject to
<br />easements, restrictions and reservations of record, if any.
