<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of o
<br />Trust dated April 20, 2001, wherein Robert R. Bartz and Michelle Bartz, Husband and Wife,
<br />were the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on April 25, 2001, as Instrument No. 200103681 and re- recorded July 23,
<br />2001 as Instrument No. 200107228 and contains as trust property, the following- described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Four (4) and the Easterly Twenty -Seven Feet (E27') of Lot Five (5), Block
<br />Nine (9), Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned. Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated April 20, 2001,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to
<br />above which secures this obligation.
