<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rudolf F.
<br />Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, Husand and Wife, and Tim C. Plate, a Single Person to TierOne Bank,
<br />successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 31, 2004, and
<br />recorded April 5, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as
<br />Instrument No. 0200403296, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
