<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />ESTATE OF ERMA QUARING, deceased
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 21, 2003, in which The State Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation is named as Beneficiary, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200305074, on April 28,
<br />2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Buffalo County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No. 2003 -5116 on April 23, 2003 has been paid or otherwise satisfied and
<br />said beneficiary has requested that this Deed or Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder, legally described as follows:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (WI /2SE1 /4) of Section One (1) in Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Thirteen (13), West of the 61h P.M., Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br />and
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1 /2N E1 /4) of Section Thirty -One (31), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this :k day of 2005.
