<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on thday of May, 2005, Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for EquiFirst Corporation, as the plaintiff, filed its
<br />Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Vicki S. Waldhelm, as the defendant,
<br />the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a first deed of trust
<br />given by Vicki S. Waldhelm, a single person, to Transnation Title, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for EquiFirst Corporation, Beneficiary,
<br />such first deed of trust is dated December 23, 2004, and recorded December 27, 2004, as Instrument
<br />Number 200412344 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, to foreclose a second deed of
<br />trust given by Vicki S. Waldhelm, a single person, to Transnation Title, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for EquiFirst Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary, such second deed of trust is dated December 23, 2004, and recorded December 27, 2004, as
<br />Instrument Number 200412345 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, to foreclose any
<br />interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendant, to obtain an
<br />order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by
<br />above described deeds of trusts, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deeds of trusts and
