<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon O'Neill and Colleen O'Neill,
<br />husband and wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), Trustee for the Benefit
<br />of TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), the beneficiary named therein, dated June 1,
<br />2004 and recorded June 2, 2004 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />200405487 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
