KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />D STEVEN LEININ ER AND SANDRA J LEININGE& HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated C�
<br />10/8/99 7/16/03 and recorded 10/19/99 7/24/03 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99- 110143 200309525 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) BLOCK FIFTY FOUR (54) CHARLES WASMER'S 3RD
<br />ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
