<br />BRADLEY R. PETERSEN and AMY S. PETERSEN, husband and wife, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of Lot Four (4) Wilson's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; the
<br />twenty (20.0) foot wide easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Four (4) Wilson's Subdivision;
<br />thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot Four (4), a distance of
<br />nineteen and sixty one hundredths (19.61) feet to the ACTUAL Point of
<br />Beginning; thence deflect left 8711'40" and running easterly along the
<br />northerly line of Grantor's property, a distance of four hundred sixty one
<br />and ninety four hundredths (461.94) feet; thence deflecting right
<br />89 °49'31 "and running southerly along the easterly line of Grantor's
<br />property, a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90 010'29"
