<br />JOY S. CATHOLOS, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />JIMMIE A. CATHOLOS, also known as JAMES A. CATHOLOS, Deceased,
<br />pursuant to the authority granted by the Last Will and Testament
<br />of September 18, 1980, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br />other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does grant,
<br />bargain., sell, convey and confirm unto JOY S. CATHOLOS, a single
<br />person, Grantee, whether one or more, the following described real
<br />property:

<br />a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SE /4SW /4) of Section 2, Township 11 North,
<br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described
<br />is free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim
<br />for taxes levied against the estate of JIMMIE A. CATHOLOS, also
<br />known as JAMES A. CATHOLOS, Deceased.
