DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated March 1, 2000, and filed March 1, 2000, as
<br />Instrument Number 200001693, in Book na, Page na, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming
<br />Raymond J O'Connor and Jennifer S O'Connor as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank
<br />National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed
<br />by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real
<br />estate, to wit:

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trusts.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
