TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DONALD J JELINEK AND JANICE K JELINEK. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend ~
<br />R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 5. 2005
<br />and recorded MARCH 22, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200502450 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE NORTH 48 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 21 SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA. AND A TRACT OF LAND
<br />BEING A PART OF WHAT WAS FORMERLY WEST 17T11 STREET IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA VACATED BY ORDINANCE #3993 OF
<br />SAID CITY MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
<br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 21, SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA THENCE RUNNING EAST ON
<br />THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT I FOR A DISTANCE OF 175.0 FEET TO THE NORTH-
<br />EAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1 THENCE RUNNING NORTH ON A PROLONGATION OF
<br />THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT I FOR A DISTANCE OF 2 FEET THENCE RUNNING
<br />WEST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1 FOR A DISTANCE OF 175.0
<br />FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT I IT THE SAME WERE EX-
<br />TENDED TO THE NORTH THENCE SOUTH 2 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
<br />SAID LOT I BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
