The sign may be <br />moved up to or more than 30 feet to an appropriate distance from the new highway boundaries as <br />acceptable to the Nebraska Department of Roads. <br />The legal description of such property is: all that part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4, NW1 /4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying south of the southerly right - <br />of -way of U.S. Highway 30. <br />DATED: fa � -3 .2005. <br />a.�_:.
