<br />I, Marjorie E. Jensen, of Grand Island, Nebraska, do hereby appoint as
<br />my attorney -in -fact:
<br />Patrice M. Jensen
<br />1. Powers: Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 2 hereof, for me and
<br />in my behalf, my said attorney shall do all acts, deeds, matters and things
<br />whatsoever for my estate, person, property and affairs as I could do in my own
<br />person if present, it being my intent to grant to my said attorney a general
<br />power to act for me and not a limited or special power. As a part of the powers
<br />I have granted to my attorney, but not in limitation thereof, I hereby authorize
<br />my attorney to:
<br />- Receive all debts, payments including social security, property or sums
<br />of money belonging to me;
<br />- Pay all my legal debts and expenses, including reasonable compensation
<br />to my attorney in fact;
<br />- Settle, compound or arbitrate all my accounts and prosecute or defend
<br />all actions affecting me;
<br />- Manage, improve, repair, lease, insure, mortgage, purchase, sell, or
<br />exchange any of my property, real or personal;
<br />- Deposit, withdraw, borrow, invest and reinvest any of my monies, or
<br />other intangible personal property;
<br />- Vote at the meetings of stockholders or other meetings as my attorney
<br />or proxy;
<br />- Execute and acknowledge deeds, bills, notes, contracts, mortgages,
<br />checks or other commercial instruments in my name, including all
<br />government farm program documents, if any;
<br />all as my attorney shall in her sole discretion determine.
<br />2. Power of Attorney to Become Effective Immediately: Pursuant to the
<br />provisions of the Nebraska Probate Code, I declare this Power of Attorney shall
<br />be effective upon my execution hereof and shall not be affected by my subsequent
<br />disability or incapacity, and that the authority herein granted shall continue
<br />during any period while I am disabled or incapacitated. I hereby nominate my
<br />attorney in fact as my Conservator and Guardian, if needed, and I waive the
<br />requirement of bond with corporate surety.
<br />3. Appointment of Successor Attorney: In the event the aforesaid attorney
<br />is unable or unwilling to serve, she shall account, receipt and resign in writing
<br />to the named successor. I appoint as my successor attorney -in -fact:
<br />Kathleen M. Haverly
<br />and, anyone dealing with my successor attorney shall rely upon the sufficiency
<br />of said resignation.
