<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />GARY C ROSENBACH AND SUSAN J ROSENBACH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated JULY 27, 2001 and recorded JULY 30, 2001 in
<br />DOCUMENT # 0200107469, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />The Northerly Sixty -eight (68) feet of the Southerly One Hundred Seventy -two (172) feet of the Easterly One Hundred Twenty -
<br />Six (126) feet of Lot Ten (10), of the County Subdivision, of a part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2SE1 /4) of
<br />- -Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) and having a frontage on Elm Street of Sixty -eight (68) feet
<br />and a depth of One Hundred Twenty -Six (126) feet excluding therefrom a tract described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
<br />Easterly line of said Lot Ten (10), said point being One Hundred Four (104.0) feet northerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot
<br />Ten (10); thence continuing Northerly along the easterly line of said Lot Ten (10), a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence Westerly
<br />parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot Ten (10), a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence Southerly parallel to the Easterly line of
<br />said Lot Ten (10), a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence Easterly parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot Ten (10), a distance of
<br />Thirty (30) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
