<br />platted and dedicated as Woodland Park Second Subdivision, and do hereby freely and voluntarily consent to,
<br />confirm and ratify in all respects to the platting and dedicating of said Subdivision consenting to the dedication of
<br />streets and easements as shown on said plat and by these presents does hereby join in the platting and subdividing of
<br />Wood land Park Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the Plat of which has
<br />heretofore been recorded as Document # 200504013 of the Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
